Getting Started
Mark Students as Paid Until Subscription Ends on MAAT

How to mark students as paid until their current subscription ends?
Step-by-Step Guide
When a gym is onboarding to MAAT, some students might have already paid their memberships outside the app (for example, in cash or via the old system the gym used). To avoid blocking them from booking classes, we need to mark these students as paid in cash until their current subscription ends.
By doing this, the student will be able to book classes normally without being asked to pay again. On the renewal date, their subscription will be handled directly through MAAT.
1. Find the Student’s Profile
There are a few different ways to access a student profile:
Option A – Via the Members Page
From the Home Page, tap the settings wheel in the top-right corner to access the Admin Tool.
Inside the Admin Tool, go to the Members Page (icon with two people).
At the top, you will see a search bar where you can type the student’s name to quickly find their profile.
Option B – Via the Class Schedule
Open the Schedule in the app.
Tap on the specific class.
From the list of attendees, tap the student’s name to open their profile directly.
2. Open the Student Profile
Once inside the student’s profile, you’ll see the option “Mark as Paid in Cash.”
3. Set the Valid Date
Tap Mark as Paid in Cash.
Select the date until which the student’s membership has already been paid.
Example: If their subscription is already paid until the 15th of the month, select that date.
This ensures the system knows the student is covered until then, and they won’t be asked to pay again before that date.
4. What Happens Next
The student can now book classes freely until the selected end date.
Once that date arrives, MAAT will prompt them to renew their membership through the app.
From then on, all payments will be handled through MAAT.
