What are Privacy Settings on MAAT?
Privacy Settings allow you to hide the list of attendees in a class. When this setting is active, only coaches and administrators can see who is signed up — students will not be able to view the list of participants.
How to Set Privacy for a Specific Class
If your gym’s default setting shows attendees, but you want to hide them for one particular class, follow these steps:
Go to the Schedule (not the Admin Tool).
Click on the class where you want to apply the setting.
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
Select Edit Class.
Toggle the Privacy Settings switch ON.
This will hide the attendee list for that class only.
